what do you fry your fish & chips in?
We fry in a Premium 100% pure Vegetable oil.
Why don't you take telephone orders?
As a busy family-run business, we're committed to giving our full attention to preparing great food and serving our customers. For this reason, we don't take orders over the phone. We kindly ask customers to use our Click & Collect service whenever possible, or simply place an order when visiting the shop. Thank you for your understanding and support – it helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures the best experience for everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
Do you offer gluten-free fish and chips?
Yes. We offer gluten-free options every Tuesday. Please speak to a member of staff when ordering if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.
Are you a takeaway or a restaurant?
Tulula's Fish & Chips is a takeaway only. Simply place your order and enjoy your meal at home or wherever you choose.
Do you cater for food allergies?
We do our best to accommodate customers with dietary/allergen requirements. Please visit us in store where our comprehensive upto date allergen guide can be viewed. Please inform us of any allergies BEFORE ordering so we can advise you accordingly.
Where are you located?
Tulula's Fish & Chips is conveniently located in the heart of Halesworth. While there is limited parking directly outside the shop, additional parking is available just a short walk away. Customers can use the Co-op car park, located approximately 30 seconds away via Swan Lane, or park in the Market Place, which is around a one-minute walk past St Mary's Church. We look forward to welcoming you for freshly cooked fish and chips and all your traditional chip shop favourites.

Whether you're organising a family celebration, work event, or community gathering, Tulula's Fish & Chips can cater for up to 120 meals at once. With sufficient advance notice, we'll ensure your order is freshly prepared and ready when you need it.
